Rope Access is a proven access method. It is extremely cost effective compared to other access methods that require machinery.

Building Repairs

We provide professional commercial and domestic building maintenance, with recent projects including:

Inspection and surveying

Eyebolt Testing & Installation

Our team has extensive experience in testing and repairing Class A1 eyebolts in accordance with both British and International Standards, specifically EN795 and BS7883. Legal regulations mandate periodic inspection and recertification of these eyebolts: fall arrest eyebolts must be inspected every 12 months, while rope access eyebolts require inspection every 6 months.

Our rope access window cleaning services are conducted by fully trained professionals and can be scheduled to suit your needs.

Gutter Cleaning

Gutter care is crucial, as leaks are often caused by dirt and mud buildup within the gutters.

Reach and Wash

We use the high-rise reach and wash method with deionized water to clean windows up to 60 feet high, removing stubborn stains without damaging frames or treated glass.

Cladding and Facade Cleaning

We offer jet washing and steam cleaning for various building facades across London.
