Rope Access Services

Rope Access is a proven access method. It is extremely cost effective compared to other access methods that require machinery.

We provide a professional commercial and domestic building maintenance, our most recent projects are:

  • Repainting of external facade
  • Repair and repointing of damaged brickwork
  • Gutter sealing and waterproof
  • Painting and decorating
  • Inspection and surveying

Our team are highly experienced and well trained in the testing and fixing of class A1 eyebolts conforming to
British and International Standards EN795 and BS7883.
Periodic inspection, examination and recertifying eyebolts is a safety requirement governed by law. Fall arrests eyebolts must be tested and recertified every 12 months whilst rope access eyebolts must be tested and
recertified every 6 months.

Our rope access window cleaning service are undertaken by fully trained professionals and safely.
Can be carried out at intervals that suits your needs.

The state of your windows isn’t the only aspect that matters, gutter-care is crucial too, we learned that when
carrying out leak repair tasks, it mostly (not always) caused because the dirty/mud built within the gutters.

Where appropriate we utilise the high rise reach and wash method which involves a water-fed pole and deionised water to reach windows up to 60-feet or 3 stories above the ground. The pressurised deionised water eliminates the need for harsh chemicals and removes stubborn stains on windows, without damaging frames or treated glass.

We have proudly jet washed and steamed cleaned a variety of building facades across London.

This a bespoke task that our fully qualified and trained technicians will ensure that is completed safely.

We understand the importance of post-construction builders clean knowing that a building and development
should look its absolute best when presented to your client. The dust and debris left behind by building work are unsightly as well as unhealthy and the cleaning of such requires specialist equipment, care and attention.
Our team of highly trained employees specialise in cleaning for the construction industry adhering to quality
standards and occupational health and safety whilst working on site.

The most humane and effective solution is installing bird spikes / netting.
Bird nests and droppings could be a significant factor contributing to the deterioration of the building and could
cause trouble as nest in high places.
Our team have great experience installing them in no time safely and efficiently.

Where rope access is not possible our fully IPAF qualified operatives will ensure that your area of need will be visited.

Lift shaft cleaning is so important but so often forgotten. The build up of dirty and dust could become a fire hazard
therefore we take it serious making sure cleaning shafts across London are kept clean regularly.

We have been for several years now setting up Christmas tree as high as 12 meters as well as installing string
lights to make this festive period more special to people at work.
